Notice is hereby given that an EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of Individual Members of the Association and Delegates will be held at COPT HEATH Golf Club on SATURDAY 4th SEPTEMBER 2010 at 10-30 a.m. The purpose of the EGM is the consideration of and if thought fit, to pass the enclosed Resolution to transfer the assets and undertaking of 'The Warwickshire Ladies' County Golf Association' to 'The Warwickshire Ladies' County Golf Association Limited'.
