The Entry Forms together with Posters advertising the Competitions are now on the web as well as being sent to each club for display. If you wish to find out the Dates or Print an Entry Form there are 2 ways of doing this on the web. 1) Scroll to the Right of this page, find the appropriate Competition and click on MORE (against that competition). This will take you to the appropriate competition where you will be able to print an Entry Form, OR 2) Click on County Champs and Trophies heading to the left of this page and then click on the appropriate Competition
