Warwickshire Union Major Championships 2006

The following are the dates of the four main Warwickshire Strokeplay Championships for the Centenary year of 2006. The full Mens calendar, including a number of age-group Junior Championships, will be available shortly. Entry forms will be available from early February this year and early entry is advised to be sure of a place in what are going to be special championships.

The Centenary Championship year starts on

Thursday 25th May - the Warwickshire Amateur Championship - Copt Heath Golf Club

The Top 8 players will qualify for the Warwickshire Matchplay Championships - date tbc

The Juniors and Seniors Championships are in the Summer

Friday 4th August - The Warwickshire Junior Championships - Kenilworth Golf Club

Monday August 21st - The Warwickshire Seniors Championship - Ladbrook Park Golf Club

The final of the major championships is the Open. Entry is ONLY available to the Top 25 from the Warwickshire Amateur Championships and entry is by invite through qualification

Friday 8th September - The Warwickshire Open Championship - Coventry Golf Club
