Teams of four are needed to take part in the challenge at the world class golf course, the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club, from 14 to 18 September 2005.

Golf in the Gulf Challenge is the ideal excuse to play golf while making a huge difference to the lives of children and young people. It is also a perfect opportunity to entertain clients, have a break from the office or an indulgent weekend away playing competitive golf in a bid to win the team cup!

As well as having a chance to play on the course that hosted the Asian PGA Tour and Dubai Desert Classic in 1999 and 2000, golfers can also have a practice round on the Desert Course at the Arabian Ranches. In between golf, competitors can enjoy the luxury of the five star Hilton Dubai Jumeriah. Boasting six restaurants, business centre, fitness suite, casino and a health spa, there is plenty of entertainment on offer. There will also be a chance to ride a camel and sand surf as you take a desert safari trip to watch the sunset across the desert sky.

Competitors in the Golf in the Gulf Challenge will be helping to raise much needed funds for ChildLine, which every day answers calls from around 2,300 children. However, hundreds more children every day are unable to be put through to a counsellor because of lack of funding. By entering Golf in the Gulf you will help ChildLine reach more frightened children and provide them with the protection and support they desperately need.
