Both shot 76s in R2 to drop England well back as Finland came to the fore with scores of 67 and 69 in R3 to take a commanding lead. England were 5th after Andy shot a 70 and Raymond a 73.
The individual leader going into the final round was Argentina's Martin Kim on 206, courtesy of a 64 in R2. Kim would shoot a 78 in the final round to finish 5th but Andy (213) was also four shots back from Espen Kofstad (209).
Two of those shots were clawed back as Andy went out in 34 (-2). He made two more birdies but bogied the 16th. Kofstad though made mistake and finished with a 72, to tie Andy on 281.
They went into a play-off and at the third extra hole, the tough 18th, Andy won the individual title with a par.
Anyd's success extends England?s fine record in the Cup in which winning pairings have included Nick Dougherty and Gary Wolstenholme in 2000, Zane Scotland and David Skinns in 2001, Gary Lockerbie and Michael Skelton in 2003, and Seve Benson and Ed Richardson in 2006.
Both Andy and Raymond now move on to this week's Argentine Amateur Championship at Highland Park Country Club in Buenos Aires.
