Margarets Magic Moment at Maxstoke
They say "beware the ailing golfer" and this can definitely be said about Margaret French from Maxstoke Park Golf Club.

Whilst played in Lady Captain Sue Whitehouse golf day at Maxstoke recently, Margaret scored a magnificent Hole-in-One at the 6th hole. The dreaded par 3 over water carried no fear for Margaret who used her 5 wood and holed the shot. Despite being in pain and about to undergo hip surgery, Margaret continues to play her golf but is particularly looking forward to next season when she will be painless and in perfect health. Congratulations Margaret.
