| WLCGA INTER LEAGUE FINAL RESULT 2005 | |||
| The final of the WLCGA Inter- Club League was played at the Menzies Welcombe Hotel & Golf Club on Monday 12th September 2005 between Rugby Golf Club and Walmley Golf Club. Many thanks to the Menzies Welcombe Hotel and Golf Club for the use of their facilities. Walmley were successful by winning 4 1/2 matches to 2 1/2. | |||

| Playing for Rugby were Emma Stodart, Sue Jones, Deb Harrad, Lynda Brazier, Caroline Brown, Caroline Smith, Susan Chambers. Representing Walmley were Bev Fiddes, Debbie Toombs, Mave Mendus, Pauline Gibbon, Mary Randon, Linda Cornick, Anne Wardle.
Many congratulations to Walmley Golf Club for winning the league this year and commiserations to Rugby. Well done to every club that took part in this competition and we look forward to another exciting year in 2006. |
