WESTIN HOTEL APPOINTED AS THE CENTREPIECE OF LE PARADIS
DCG Properties Ltd, the developer behind Le Paradis, the fabulous new luxury resort at Praslin Bay on the island of St Lucia has announced plans for a major Westin hotel under the flagship of Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc. The new condominium- hotel will act as the centrepiece of Le Paradis which will include 258 units as well as an 18-hole Greg Norman designed golf course managed by Troon and an international spa with 26 treatment rooms

Additional features of this luxury resort will include a 40-slip marina, a marina village, a five star boutique hotel and high class boutique shopping outlets and a commercial centre. Starwood will manage the condominium- hotel under the well known and prestigious Westin Hotels and Resorts brand. The hotel is scheduled to open in August 2007.

Nestled in the lush coastal foothills of the east coast of St. Lucia, the 554-acre resort showcases the island?s stunning beauty matched by no other location in the Caribbean. Providing a secluded yet accessible tropical haven and embraced by almost 3 miles of coastline, Le Paradis boasts small bays and distinctive peninsulas just 20 minutes from the international airport with direct-air access to major cities in North America and the U.K.

Described by Greg Norman as absolutely breathtaking, the Le Paradis design from the 1st tee to the 18th hole provides the golfer every variation including inland parklands climbing to the ridgeline holes at 600ft (186 meters) above sea level, then descending to four stunning coastal side holes wrapping around the Galet Bay.

The par 3 signature 14th hole at the end of the Galet Peninsula is surrounded on all sides by the ocean, plays directly into the trade wind and provides stunning and unparalled visuals. At the 14th hole, the player knows he has reached golfing heaven.

St. Lucia?s real-estate and hospitality markets have taken off in recent years and are poised for continued appreciation and growth.

Le Paradis is expected to set a new benchmark for sophisticated luxury on the island and the pristine east coast of St. Lucia will provide the ideal setting to reward both owners and guests.

Some of the exciting rewards for getting in on the ground floor of this splendid Caribbean offer are a number of huge incentives including a waiver of Golf Initiation Membership, the Troon Advantage V.I.P Card, a first option on a Marina Slip, First Option on future real estate at Le Paradis, Alien Landholder?s License Fees exemption, Vendor?s Tax exemption, Stamp Duty exemption and waiver of Income Tax.

"Le Paradis is destined to be the next Caribbean paradise and St. Lucia's premier luxury development offering the best in resort living," said Kierron Dolby, Developer and Managing Director of DCG Properties, Ltd. "The Westin name and its strong loyalty base will attract the exact customer we are targeting for guests of the hotel, as well as potential owners of the condominiums."

Joanna Yellowlees-Bound, CEO of Erna Low Property, the UK agent for Le Paradis comments; "St Lucia is one of the most beautiful and unspoilt islands of the Caribbean and the location of Praslin Bay is particularly spectacular. We anticipate that demand for properties in this resort to be extremely high from buyers in both the UK and the US. There really is nothing of this scale and quality currently on the island with a variety of buying options from investment rental programmes to full ownership"
