TASTY WORLD SERIES SERVED AT WESTIN BEAR MOUNTAIN'S INTERNATIONAL DINING EVENTS
Victoria, BC - Starting on January 17th, the Westin Bear Mountain Victoria Golf Resort & Spa is serving the world on platters in their fine dining room, Panache, as part of their International Dining Series. Executive Chef Iain Rennie, along with Sommelier Stuart Brown, has cooked up three course menus with wine pairings for a cost of CAD $75. (USD $64*) per person (not including taxes or gratuity).

Guests can travel around the world to a different country each week to sample food and wine from Italy (January 17, 18, 21), France (January 24, 25, 28), Spain (January 31, February 1, 4), Argentina (February 7, 8, 11), Germany (February 14, 15, 18), Australia (February 21, 22, 25), Japan (February 28, March 1, 4) and Canada (March 7, 8, 11).

'Travellers' receive a passport and when they dine three times during the International Dining Series are entered to win a weekend getaway to the Westin Bear Mountain Victoria Golf Resort & Spa. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 250-391-7160.

'Our concept is to provide intimate wine events to introduce the flavours of some of the top dining regions around the world. The menu is matched with specialty wines chosen by our sommelier in order to create an authentic and very 'local' dining experience,' explains Executive Chef Iain Rennie.
