This is the 2007 JOM Schedule CLICK HERE

It includes all the Warwickshire Championships and the 16 Junior Opens. In addition to these listed events, your club will award you points for 10 specified competitions at your home club. You will also be given points by your club for any matchplay wins you have playing at and for your club.

The Warwickshire Championships and Junior Open points will be awarded by the JOM management.

JOM Management will also award points for success in MGU, EGU and R&A events outside the County, and match wins when playing for Warwickshire.

The numbers of Junior Opens where you can score points is lower than in previous years BUT points awarded have increased - as follows

All points will be awarded for NETT and GROSS scores

1st - 700 | 2nd - 500 | 3rd - 400 | 4th - 350 | 5th - 300 | 6th - 250 | 7th - 200 | 8th - 150 | 9th - 100 | 10th - 75 | 11th-20th - 50 | 21st-30th - 30

You are encouraged to enter as many Junior Opens as you can. There is only one JO outside of Warwickshire, at Kings Norton in the May half-term holidays. There are never more than two JOs a week so you should not be over-golfed during the holidays, the time when you are able to play most of your golf. The Warwickshire Union will be taking careful note of players who do well in JOs for selection for squads and for coaching.

All Club JOs will have entry forms on the 'COMPETITIONS' buttons (LHS nav) as soon as we have them all.

The JOM Championship will be held at the West Midlands Golf Club on Saturday 6th October. It may well, as in a number of previous years, decide the destiny of the JOM itself. The Top 15 will qualify, together with the highest points scorer from any club not represented in the Top 16.

Good luck!
