Greens of Southern Wales has launched a new pampering and golf package to meet the demands of women golfers who want more than golf. Leisure time is a precious commodity and women in particular make very careful decisions on how to make the most of their time off. In response to this, and as a result of its own customer research, Greens of Southern Wales has developed a new golf and pampering package to ensure that visitors get the most out of their stay.

Campaign Manager Clare Birt said, 'We realise from our research that women on golfing breaks, whether in mixed groups or as a ladies weekend away are looking for more than a few drinks in the 19th hole when they finish their round.

'Our Gorgeous Golf package involves co-ordinating golf tee times on courses with spa treatments. By putting it all together into pre-bookable packages we can optimise the visitors? leisure time, helping them get the most out of their weekend break.'

Stephanie Metson, Marketing manager of the Vale Golf, Hotel and Spa Resort is one of the partners working with Greens of Southern Wales to develop these packages.

She said 'Many of our golf visitors already combine golf and relaxation in the spa however often while they have the golf booked up before they visit, they leave booking treatments until their arrival. This can lead to disappointment. In order to really relax and enjoy a break its nice to have everything organised beforehand and these packages will make it very easy to do this.'
