On Sunday 20th September, Warwickshire 1sts play Notts 1sts at Kenilworth Golf Club, and a win will give our County the Midland League title. The morning foursomes begin at 9am and the afternoon singles at 2.00pm.

On Sunday 4th October, the 1sts will again be at home, playing our nearest and long term rivals Worcestershire. That match may be academic but it is always a tough fixture with some excellent golf played, so Olton will provide you with an alternative to the now in Spain World Matchplay!

Our seconds are away at Stourbridge, also playing Worcestershire. Having won all four of their previous matches, they still are not assured of their League title. They have to win just four and a half matches to take the title but that is the last thing on their Captain Pete Clarke's mind as he will be leading his team for one goal, to win.

This weekend (the 19th and 20th of September) Tom Ibbertson and Andy Sullivan will be at Woodhall Spa, playing in their respective County Champions Tournaments. News will be here of their golf and hopefully success.
