Eligibility :

Boys aged UNDER 18 years at 00:00 hrs on 1st January 2010.

Handicap Limits :

Under 14 : Maximum 15 handicap

Under 16 : Maximum 12 handicap

Under 18 : Maximum 7 handicap

Prize Vouchers will be awarded for Gross Points as detailed in the 2010 Conditions of Entry and Play.

Entry Fee £ 10.00

Lunch will be available to purchase on the day.

Postal Entry Application forms may be obtained from your Club Secretary / Manager

or via the Warwickshire Union web site as above.

IT IS A STRICT CONDITION OF ENTRY THAT WHERE A COMPETITOR WILL BE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS ON THE DATE OF THE COMPETITION, A PARENTAL CONSENT FORM IS COMPLETED AND RETURNED WITH THE ENTRY FORM. AN ON-LINE VERSION OF THE PARENTAL CONSENT FORM IS PART OF THE ON-LINE ENTRY PROCESS
