These Trials are for players wishing to be considered for the Warwickshire County teams.

Prize Vouchers will be awarded for Gross Points scored as detailed in the 2010 Conditions of Entry and Play.

Entry Fee ? 20.00

The Entry Fee includes the cost of a meal after play is completed.

IT IS A STRICT CONDITION OF ENTRY THAT WHERE A COMPETITOR WILL BE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS ON THE DATE OF THE COMPETITION, A PARENTAL CONSENT FORM IS COMPLETED AND RETURNED WITH THE ENTRY FORM. AN ON-LINE VERSION OF THE PARENTAL CONSENT FORM IS PART OF THE ON-LINE ENTRY PROCESS
