Handicap Limits :

Under 14 years of age : 18

Under 16 years of age : 12

Under 18 years of age : 7

Individual Prize Vouchers, Trophies and Medals will be awarded for Gross Scores

Over 36 holes as detailed in the 2010 Conditions of Entry and Play.

Team Prize Vouchers and a Trophy will also be awarded for best Gross Team Scores Over 36 holes as detailed in the 2010 Conditions of Entry.

Individual Entry Fee : £ 22.00

Team Entry Fee : £ 18.00

Lunch is included in the Individual Entry Fee.

Entry forms may be obtained from your Club Secretary / Manager or from the Warwickshire Union website : www.warksgolf.co.uk.

IT IS A STRICT CONDITION OF ENTRY THAT WHERE A COMPETITOR WILL BE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS ON THE DATE OF THE COMPETITION, A PARENTAL CONSENT FORM IS COMPLETED AND RETURNED WITH THE ENTRY FORM. AN ON-LINE VERSION OF THE PARENTAL CONSENT FORM IS PART OF THE ON-LINE ENTRY PROCESS.
