Where an applicant will be aged under 18 on the date of the event it is a condition of entry that a Parental Consent Form is completed and returned along with the Entry Application.

As from 1st June Entry Applications and Entry Fees for this Championship may be submitted online via this website. A Credit or Debit card will be required for the online payment of Entry Fees.

Team Entries must be submitted by Post and Team Entry Forms will be sent out to all Club Secretary / Managers approximately 6 weeks before the date of the event.
