On purchasing a property, owners can join the Proprietors Club which offers many services to take the stress out of owning a second home abroad. The Club’s staff act as personal client managers and each staff member is allocated a specific number of property owners, co-ordinating management packages to suit individual needs.

The services available include: account management, housekeeping, garden and pool maintenance, provision of quotations for home refurbishment, insurance, and even baby sitting!

Members are issued with a Club Courtesy Card which provides excellent discounts at a number of shops, services and facilities within Vale do Lobo including 55% discount on hiring courts at the Tennis Academy, free use of the gym and of the swimming pools throughout the resort.
