ENTRY FORMS FOR THE WARWICKSHIRE SCHOOLS
This feature includes entry forms for the Warwickshire Schools as well as details of how to enter on-line, and if you have a GSA number, you can enter AND PAY via the web site. This year the Warwickshire Schools will be held at Stoneleigh Deer Park Golf Club on Wednesday 30th March. Starting will be from one tee with tee times allocated from 11.30am onwards.

Its basically open to anyone at School or College who is 18 or under on 31st August 2004 – see the Terms and Conditions of entry for where you must be at School or College and the types of course that are included.

There are three ways you can enter –

1) Print off the Entry form (Click HERE) and the Terms and Conditions of Entry (Click HERE). Complete the entry form and send it with the correct Entry fee to the address given. CLICK HERE for the Parental Consent Form yyou must also include

In past years, Sylvia Evans has made a block entry for Warwickshire Girls. Girls should contact Jane Dennick before entering using any of the ways you can do so given here.

2) Click on ‘Comeptitions’, on the LH navigation.

You will now be taken to the On-Line Competition Entry Web Site.

Click on the list of Competitions button and select ‘Warwickshire Schools’.

Complete the Entry form and press ‘Enter’

What happens automatically is that you will receive an e-mail with all your entry details on it. At the same time, the competition organiser will receive the same e-mail.

You have to print off the e-mail you receive, and get your parent or guardian to sign it. You then have to send it to the address given with the entry fee.

The competition organiser will keep you a place in the competition FOR 7 DAYS ONLY so you need to print off and send in your entry ASAP.

3) If you want to enter on-line and not have to do any printing and sending, you need to have your GSA number (or your ID number that goes with it) and your password to hand and follow the first few steps of 2)

You complete the entry form then insert your GSA number and password into the boxes provided. This will take you to the payment provider PayPal (as used on EBay). You need a person with a Credit Card or debit Card to complete the details on the PayPal site.

You will pay a little more (about 50p) than entering by cheque. This charge covers the commission that PayPal charges. You entry is accepted immediately – you have nothing else to do and you starting sheet will be sent back to you by e-mail when entries close.
