History

The Scheme was started in 1970 to raise funds for the County Union and continues to be successful to this day. Approximately £3,500 is raised each year by the Scheme and obviously the County are trying to increase this amount. This year the Scheme has a new organiser Tony Turner. Membership

Life Membership costs £35 and includes a County tie, and Annual Membership costs £5 per annum by Banker's Order plus an initial joining fee of £5 and a further £5 for a tie.

Benefits

Members of the Scheme are entitled to play in the exclusive Spring and Autumn Meetings (fourball betterball stableford) at £30 per pair. The Autumn Meeting in 2011 will be held at Sutton Coldfiled Golf Club on Monday 12th September 2011 (CLICK HERE for an Entry Form).

Non-Scheme members can enter the Spring and Autumn Meetings, although the County will try to enrol them into the Scheme on the day. Being a member of the Scheme will also entitle the individual to play in the Warwickshire Seniors Championship at a reduced entrance fee.
