Summer Meeting 2008

The WLCGA 2007/2008 Winter Alliances.
This year all five alliances took place - none were cancelled due to bad weather although on a couple of occasions it was a close run thing!! These competitions are always enjoyable to play in and everyone who takes part joins in within spirit of the game. This winter golf, albeit still competitive, gives Warwickshire ladies the opportunity to meet and mix with new acquaintances and there is always plenty to talk about over the post golf lunch. They can be found in your County Booklet which will be with your shortly but instead of cutting them out from the booklet, downloading these PDFs is perfectly acceptable. Please enter as early as you can. It helps the County Competitions committee!
2008 Events and other Competitions
The 2008 season is just weeks away. We hope you all have a wonderful year. There are lots of events going on throughout the season and next month please put in your diaries the first of the special Rules Evenings on March 6th (the second is on 1st April). The posters for these articles is in this feature, along with calendars for both teams and the competative players. Please print them for your own use and especially Club Notice Boards.
THE WARWICKSHIRE PGA FOURBALL CHAMPIONSHIP - OPEN TO AMATEURS
Monday 10th September 2007 - Coventry Hearsall GC - the annual Warks PGA 4-Ball Championship - The Warwickshire PGA is holding its 4-Ball event this Monday at Coventry Hearsall and there are still a few spaces available. The Championship is open to any combination of Professional and Amateur (2 Pros - Pro & Amateur - 2 Amateurs).
