This is where you can find an entry form for the 2006 Summer Meeting. It is to be hald on the Marriott Forest of Arden Aylesford Course on Tuesday 8 August 2006. Its a 4 Ball Better Ball Medal competition over 18 holes and is open to all handicaps.
