Apart from rain for the first half hour or so, the Summer Meeting was played at Stoneleigh Deer Park GC in bright warm sunshine. Date was Monday 20th August and 26 Teams of 4 players set out in the Summer Four Ball Am/AM, with the best 2 scores to count out of the 4 players, the competition being a Stableford.........

The Vets Championship was contested at Maxstoke Park GC on Monday 9th July and due to the huge amount of rain we have had over the past few days, the course was extremely wet underfoot. Fortunately though, it stayed dry for the duration of the competition....

In this the first of the Vets competitions of the season, the venue was Walmley Golf Club and the sun shone for most of the day which was a great bonus after the recent April weather. Some 90 competitors played in the Better Ball Stableford format representing 19 clubs throughout the County.....
