 |
|
Ben Stafford was 3 down and had four birdies in his next five holes – and was still 2 down. Sam Foster put 10 birdies and an eagle ‘on the board’ against his two Sunday opponents. There were over 25 ‘red numbers’ from Warwickshire Juniors just on Sunday afternoon as our County equalled the record of Gloucs from the 70’s. |

2003 - Junior 10 Counties |
| Summer Half Term week was a very important one for the best Juniors in Warwickshire. It was two qualifying events for some of the most important team and individual competitions each year, firstly the 10 Counties qualifier then the Midland Schools.
For County Junior Teams, the 10 Counties is one of four regional qualifiers for the County Finals in September when only the winner of each section goes through to take on the other three qualifying counties in team matchplay for the Champion County title. |

2002 - WARWICKSHIRE VS SHROPs & HEREFORD |
| Match held at Purley Chase GC on Sunday 18th August 2002
Comments from Brian Fish, Chairman of Warwickshire Junior Golf - "It was an outstanding performance against a very good team. To lose only one match all day (in the actual match itself), and that being our Captain Jon Wetton against the top performer Greg Morgan, was very good. We will loose David Harris, who has made a real difference in the two months since he has returned from Germany, and Jon Wetton, but we have some real strength in depth. If we could only have another match with Staffordshire ...."
