The 2012 Warwickshire Cup Final - The Warwickshire Golf and Country Club - Saturday 24th March - Over three very close matches, Copt Heath eventually secured their fourth Warwickshire Cup with a 2&1 win in the last of the games, after the first two had been halved.

The Warwickshire Cup Final - The Warwickshire GC - Saturday April 5th. With another convincing performance, the Warwickshire GC team took back the trophy that bears their name, and was actually donated by the Club some nine years ago. It was a case of the two 'form' teams reaching the final as neither Coventry Hearsall or The Warwickshire dropped more than a point in making it through to the final, from the initial 24 entries in the Counties Winter Inter-Club competition.

With five players in the County squads, plus the recently ‘retired’ Peter Holt (not so retired as you will read later), the Coventry team was regarded as the favourites for the 2004 Warwickshire Cup final, the fifth year of the trophy, and they fully justified this position with some outstanding play.
