Sunday 5th September 2010 at Maxstoke Golf Club vs Worcestershire - The fourth match of the league season saw us pitted against one of our main challengers for the league title, Worcestershire. A victory would see us crowned as champions and I was sure I had selected a team that was strong enough to achieve the task.

Gay Hill GC was the venue for the annual Pears v Bears tussle and with the Midland League wide open, Warwickshire needed maximum points to keep the destiny of the title in their hands.

Sunday 29th August 2010 - Olton Golf Club. Taking his first trophy of 2010, Sam Dodds took on and beat the in-form Worcestershire putting wizard Chris Nugent and triumphed by two shots for the scratch championship but it was a Junior win that matched the headlines as Luke Allen showed considerable skill in taking the nett by 7 shots and reducing his handicap by 1.8.
