Warwickshire Under 16s Under14s took on their counter parts from Staffs County on Sunday 22nd May. The match took place at the Uttoxeter Golf club in horrendous conditions (ie wind and rain).

Having beaten Worcestershire 7-1 only in the 4 Counties a few weeks ago, it was felt necessary to remind our lads that last time we did this, we lost in the League. How right we were to be cautious!

The 2011 4 Counties - Little Aston Golf Club - Tuesday 19th and Wednesday 20th April - 'Normal service is resumed' said one official but this was a new Warwickshire team, one with a bit of a disaster of a poor 2010 behind them, that came back to win the 4 Counties once again for our County.

Ingon Manor GC - Wednesday 18th August - 'For the last match of the season, Warwickshire fielded as strong a team as we have been able to put out all year' , said retiring Boys Team Manager John Simpson

Horsley Lodge - Wednesday June 2nd - Our team for 2010 was not as strong as some recent years, handicap wise, but on a course whose greens are a complete test of approach making and then when missed, chipping and putting, a team which will have four players eligible for 2011 gained much experience and placed a very respectable fourth.

Stonebridge Golf Club - Sunday 9th May - Having lost to our longest rivals last year, 2010 was a chance for revenge, and with Worcestershire missing four players because of injury, the omen should have been good. A 3-2 win in the foursommes set the match up for the singles.

Gay Hill Golf Club - Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th March 2010. Many of our past Boys teams have been the favorites for the Boys Four Counties during their nine match streak. They were not so this year but 2010 hosts Worcestershire had to justify their low handicap team roster and did so, in some style.
