THE DAILY TELEGRAPH DAMOVO BRITISH MASTERS - DAY 3 |
From his performance on Day 1, Steve Webster showed little form from his early start. At 8.13 this day, Ian Poulter stepped onto the 1st tee and played a different game. It been very rare for someone to be leading a Tournament by Midday, with the leaders still to go out, but here with only eight shots separating last from first, there was always a possibility of anyone left in the field shooting low and rising high before the leaders started - only not this low and not that high.

THE DAILY TELEGRAPH DAEMOVO BRITISH MASTERS - DAY 2 |
| It was quite the Wintery weather of Day 2 last year for the morning starters on qualification day, more like Autumn without the leaves falling. After a gentle night s rain, the thick rough would be real trouble for anyone trying to make a move and pressing too hard, or for those on the cut mark of level par who were trying desperately to stay there.
