A rare loss for the Seconds |
| An excellent foursomes effort saw Warks take a creditable lunchtime lead of 3.5 v 2.5, this could have been better with the Hufton/Harben partnership being pegged back from a front nine 3 hole lead for their half and Jewsbury/Senior going down narrowly by 1 hole. Gary Greenway of Atherstone making his 2nd team debut formed a solid partnership with John Taylor for the biggest morning win of 5 & 3.

Double 'T' Tatton takes double title |
| Warwickshire Seniors 2007 - Kenilworth GC - Monday 25th June - Geoff Tatton could not believe it when he won his first Seniors title just a couple of years ago. Introduced to the 'Seniors' game by John Lawton, Geoff thought that was his one year of Championship success. Proudly installed as Seniors Captain this year, Geoff has been leading your Seniors team to not a lot of success yet (but they have enjoyed every match) and today was back to the individual game. Someone was on Geoff's' side today - 'I had the very luck of the Devil' - as he bounced of trees back into play and chipped in twice.
