At the Warwickshire Ladies County Golf Association AGM, held today at Copt Heath GC, the Badge of Office for Captaincy of the Warwickshire Ladies was handed over to Dottie Beanland for a two year period. The photograph shows Dottie proudly wearing the badge of office with Bev Belcher, outgoing Captain, looking quite relieved!!

Congratulations to Chris Mitchell of the Forest of Arden GC for starting the 2009/10 Winter Alliance series of competitions in such fine style! Chris was really delighted to achieve her first ever Hole in One on the fourth hole at The West Midlands Golf Club yesterday, 2nd November.
