The final round of the Stableford series 2010 was held at Wishaw GC on Monday 25th October in glorious sunshine, however the start was delayed due to a heavy frost.

The Girls Match Play Finals were held at Gaudet Luce, Worcestershire, on Wednesday 27th October, postponed from the rained out Ryder Cup weekend. Warwickshire was represented in the scratch final with a team of 6 against Buckinghamshire. It was a bright and breezy day after overnight rain.

The friendly match against Leicestershire was held at Stonebridge GC on 19th September. Acting captain was Elizabeth MALLETT who lead the team off. There were some tight matches and the result was a draw, 6 matches each. Ellie BERWICK had a big win and won her colours on the day.

The Midlands South Girls Championship was held at the Northamptonshire & County GC, Church Brampton on Monday 16th August with a strong wind blowing from the north east and some tricky pin positions.

The Girls U15 Championship was held at The Warwickshire Golf Club on Friday 6th August 2010. The competition was held over the Kings Course which gave a good challenge in the blustery, overcast conditions with fast greens.

The second round of the 2010 Stableford Series was held at Shirley Golf Club on 3rd August on a fast running course in good condition which provided a good golfing test. Pictured are the group who played in the Competition yesterday.

Elizabeth MALLETT from Sutton Coldfield Ladies GC won the English Girls Championship, which was played at Seacroft GC, Lincolnshire over the 3 days, 27th to 29th July 2010, with Lauren TAYLOR coming in as Runner up.
