There was a real buzz of anticipation as ladies arrived for the first County Competition of the New Year. The turkey and tinsel of the Christmas festivities quickly becoming a distant memory, time now to re-focus on golf and some players did this with style!

Here we go for 2011 - the first Competition for this year is the Winer Alliance, which will be held on Monday 10th January 2011 at Maxstoke Park Golf Club. For a copy of the START SHEET: CLICK HERE. - WINTER ALLIANCE CANCELLED
The Winter Alliance due to be played on Saturday 11th December at Henley Golf Club is cancelled due to the adverse weather conditions we have experienced recently.

The Next Winter Alliance is to be held at Henley GC on Saturday 11th December. Prize Presentation will take place at 3.30 p.m. approximately with Prizes only being awarded to those in attendance. The day dawned bright and the conditions were perfect for the first Winter Alliance competition in the 2010/2011 series, held at Nuneaton Golf Club on Monday 1st November.
