Copt Heath GC - Thursday 8th February. On a night after the most substantial snowfall across Warwickshire for many a year, the hardy souls who made it to Copt Heath for the annual meeting of Warwickshire junior Organisers heard about a good 2006 and plans to make 2007 and onwards even more successful.

2007 CHAMPIONSHIPS - ENTER THE WARWICKSHIRE SCHOOLS |
| WARWICKSHIRE SCHOOLS CHAMPIONSHIP - Tuesday 10th April 2007 - Stratford Oaks GC - Entries Close 3rd April 2007 - This is the Championship to decide the Warwickshire Schools Girls and Boys Champions for 2007. These two competitions are gross but there is also the Warwickshire Schools Nett Championship to play for, the Warwickshire Schools team Championship (qualifying for the English Schools Team Championship TO BE PLAYED AT COVENTRY HEARSALL on11th July 2007), and the Warwickshire Schools U16s (winner guaranteed a place in the English Schools U16s)..

2006 JOM Championship and the Final Junior Order of Merit |
| Saturday 7th October - The West Midlands Golf Club - the 23 JOM Championship qualifiers came the the West Midlands Golf Club to play for the final batch of JOM points, the most significant of the year, many knowing that winning on the day could take them to the top of the JOM itself, such was the level of achievement they had over the season. In numerical terms, some 15 players could win the JOM Trophy, if the leaders (in the JOM) did not play well.

Centenary Warwickshire Bosy Championship - Kenilworth GC - Friday 4th August 2006. In a devastating display of golf, Rory Kirwan took the Centenary Boys title by seven shots (over just 36 holes!) with virtually flawless golf which produced two rounds of 67 - 10 under par in total!

| The English Schools Championship 2006 & the Finham Bowl. At the English Schools 2006, at Belton Park GC, there was more success for Warwickshire when Rory Kirwan was awarded a second England Cap after finishing in 10th place. Our County had another player at the event and bar one nine holes, it could have been a fantastic 48 hours for Coventry Finham member Ben Bernamont.
