The body conscious part of Fitness is nothing to do with how Golf and Fitness have become intertwined but it will be difficult, even at the poshest gym, to not be told about toning and shape or to have beautiful people as icons you should look up to. At some of the big health and fitness clubs, you can do just about anything, all for a monthly membership fee which for a few operators is not a yearly subscription but a charge that you pay when you decide, month on month.  |

| There are five sorts of aerobic machinery (kit that makes your heart and lungs work harder) you can consider for home use. If you fancy the millionaire lifestyle as depicted in many films and TV programmes, the ones where a successful person does a half hour (or more) workout before sitting down to a track suit breakfast - or coming in from work and getting away from business stress with similar efforts mid evening, then a treadmill, bike or rower can be beautiful enough (and expensive) to be furniture in your home. Or what about a stepper or elliptical ski trainer?
