Sunday 28th March 1st v Leicestershire at Walmley Golf Club - Our second friendly of the season continued on a sunny but cold day at Walmley with a very good win against strong opponents Leicestershire.The Seconds had a tough time in the singles away at Cosby

It is thought by some that being the Captain of a County Second team can be a thankless task. On Monday morning after our victory against Northamptonshire this thought could not be further from my mind. Indeed, I had 15 available players to fill the 10 places for the match against Leicestershire - my main concern was how to tell some of the guys that they could have the Sunday off.

Gay Hill Golf Club - Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th March 2010. Many of our past Boys teams have been the favorites for the Boys Four Counties during their nine match streak. They were not so this year but 2010 hosts Worcestershire had to justify their low handicap team roster and did so, in some style.

The Warwickshire Cup 2010 - the Warwickshire Golf & Country Club - Saturday 20th March - in poor and wet conditions Coventry G.C. won the Final of Warwickshire's Inter Club Winter Scratch Foursomes competition, held at The Warwickshire on Saturday 3-0

Sunday 21st March - 1sts and 2nds vs Northants (Wellingborough & Rugby) - Boys vs Notts at Henley Golf & Country Club - In three opening friendlies, our teams all managed wins against strong opposition. This report also includes the announcement of the Boys Team to play in this year's 4 Counties this Saturday and Sunday 27th & 28th March at Gay Hill where they will be going for a tenth successive win (2009 winning team pictured)!
