This is a Spring news section very kindly provided by Clare Tyler, the ELGA press officer. It contains lots of news of triumphs for English Lady Golfers here, in Europe and in the US, and of the merger of the English Senior Ladies Golf Association with ELGA. There is also editorial on the success of ELGA squad members at U14 and U16 level, news which will surely soon be made by some of the younger WLCGA Junior squad members. These monthly reports will also cover how Felicity Johnson plays over the Spring and Summer, in the coming months. |

| Warwickshire Schools Championships 2005 – Stoneleigh Deer Park Golf Club – Wednesday 30th March 2005. The past 8 years has seen the numbers playing in the Warwickshire Schools go from 40 to 77 and for siz of those years, the weather has been kind for the first Championship of each year. 1997 was very cold and heavy rain all day and this year, its was just about as bad for the Juniors competing for five trophies. |

WLCGA – The Team Squads |
| On a bitterly cold day, at Stratford Oaks GC, the majority of the Warwickshire County Ladies 1sts and 2nd Team Players gathered for a final Winter Training Session under the tutelage of Andy Dunbar, County Coach. It was too cold for the planned short game session, with snow forecast at anytime, so County Captain Pat Hale and Andy took the players onto the newly refurbished range for some work on wedge play and the mental side of the game. |
