County Championships Day Two |
| It just gets better and better! Warwickshire final 16 ladies who made the cut after the initial 36 hole stroke-play event competed in day two of the County Championships. The knock out stages played in matchplay format began today and produced some excellent play that would rival any other similar event that might be taking place nearby! The Mary Turner Bowl |
| The Mary Turner Bowl was competed for at Walmley Golf Club for on 8th October, hosted by Warwickshire. The trophy is competed for annually between Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Worcestershire the format being a better-ball alliance stroke-play with 8 First Team and 8 Second County Team players in each team.  |

England wins the Senior Home Internationals |

Bridget Jackson captained the England Senior team to victory at the Home International, Wittington Heath Golf Club on 3 October. England beat Ireland 6 - 1 on the final day’s play, having won the foursomes 2 - 0. They were looking for 2 points from the singles to win the tournament.
