GOLFING EXERCISES AND WARM UP |
 |
|
As the season is well underway now, we want everyone to stay fit and well to enjoy the game painlessly. The following exercises are printed on page 30 of the Members Booklet. Perhaps it would be a good idea to print this version as it is easier to read and you would be extremely useful to hand copies to your friends as well as putting this on your own club’s notice board. |

THE DAWN OF A NEW ERA AT THE PGA |
| History is to be made today when Beverly Lewis becomes the first woman to captain The Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA). She has been the lady-in-waiting for the last two years as captain elect and succeeds John Yeo to the post following the PGA’s Annual General Meeting being held at The DeVere Belfry near Sutton Coldfield.

LIAISON MEETING |
| Hello everyone. A belated thank you to all those who attended the Liaison Meeting at Kenilworth Golf Club on 10th February 2005. This was my first meeting as the new Liaison Officer and I am pleased to say everything went very well and I hope everyone enjoyed themselves. With over 22 clubs represented on the day, it was a great opportunity to meet each other and catch up with the latest golfing news. My thanks especially to the rest of the committee who either attended and took part or who gave contributions. If anyone has anything throughout the year to tell us, please contact me. Best wishes for a successful and happy golfing season! |
