- 2009 - 2010 WINTER ALLIANCE RESULTS
The weather this winter has unfortunately made it necessary to cancel two Winter Alliance competitions which is very disappointing for everyone.
- WINTER ALLIANCE - Cancellation March 1st
Hot off the Press!! At 2 p.m. today - 28th February, the final Winter Alliance to be played at Walmley Golf Club on Monday 1st March, has regrettably been cancelled. Due to recent weather conditions, the course has been shortened and not really fit to play competititive golf.
- FEBRUARY 2010 WINTER ALLIANCE RESULTS
The February Winter Alliance was held at Robin Hood Golf Club on Monday 1st February. The day dawned with a light covering of snow on the ground, but the Greenkeeper at Robin Hood pronounced the course 'ready to play'.
- SHIRLEY PAIR WIN DECEMBER 2009 WINTER ALLIANCE
Henley Golf Club pulled out all the stops for the Winter Alliance on Saturday 12th December to make sure that Dottie Beanland enjoyed her first official engagement as the newly appointed County Captain for Warwickshire.
- Hole in One at Start of Winter Alliance 2009/10 Season!
Congratulations to Chris Mitchell of the Forest of Arden GC for starting the 2009/10 Winter Alliance series of competitions in such fine style! Chris was really delighted to achieve her first ever Hole in One on the fourth hole at The West Midlands Golf Club yesterday, 2nd November.
- WINTER ALLIANCE FIXTURES 2009/2010
The Winter Alliance runs from November to March and Fixtures and Application Forms for 2009/2010 have now been sent to all Warwickshire Clubs.

At last we managed to hold a Winter Alliance Competition in 2009! If you are a regular follower of these events on the Warwickshire Website you will know that the last two Winter Alliances were cancelled as snow fell on both the January and February Winter Alliance days, how unlucky can we be! Well third time proved lucky for us!
