CARNOUSTIE TO HOST 2007 INTERNATIONAL PAIRS UK FINAL
The 2007 UK final of the International Pairs will be held at Carnoustie. In a major coup for the global golf competition, the stunning Scottish course will host the UK finalists on October 16-17. The 36-hole final, which will determine International Pairs national men's, ladies and mixed champions, will be played over Carnoustie's Championship and Burnside courses.

IT-Werken Launches MyPCCam - Video Anaylsis for Sports
IT-Werken (UK) Ltd, a London based software company, is releasing MyPCCam (www.mypccam.co.uk), a PC product and coaching aid that provides video anaylsis tools for sports at a small fraction of the cost at which they were previously available. Video analysis gives a sportsperson feedback about their current technique and is invaluable for highlighting areas that are ripe for improvement.
Businesses must do more for local sports
The business community has a responsibility to support local sporting events and should provide the backbone for regional sports development, says awards winning managing director Lawrence Jones. His company UKFast sponsors the Sale Sharks and in addition, Jones funds niche sports that he feels are crucial for the development of communities.
