Warwickshire County Junior Order of Merit |
| This is detailed news of the changes to the Junior Order of Merit which will make it probably the best opportunity for any Junior in England to show how their golf is developing. The presentation at the 2006 Junior delegates AGM was started by Chairman of Junior Golf John Jewsbury. The actual 'nuts and bolts' were presented by David Morgan and those are included here, together with a PDF of the application form that a Club needs to use to join the 2006 JoM.

Saturday 7th October - The West Midlands Golf Club - START LIST and details. 24 of Warwickshire's best Juniors, those off the lowest handicaps together with many who have joined our County squads by reducing their handicaps to the levels where they could soon be playing competitive scratch golf for the foreseeable future, will be teeing it up at the West Midlands GC this Saturday in pursuit of the JOM Championship and the final batch of (huge) points which will decide the 2006 JOM itself.

Juniors News - Sullivan is Champion of Champions |
| At Kirby Muxloe GC, on Sunday 11th September, Andy Sullivan took his last major Junior Championship by winning the Midland Junior Champions Tournament - with some incredible scoring. Andy, together with all the rest of our very successful 2005 Junior Team, will play possibly their last match this Saturday - and for many it will be a final taste of Junior Golf.

Course record tumbles at Girls Championship |

The Girls Championship was hosted by Sutton Coldfield Golf Club on Monday 15th August and saw the course record broken by Felicity Johnson. This was only one of many low scores on this tough course in fine condition! |

Two Course Records and Sullivan's Championships. |
| Andy Sullivan put aside the dissappointment of finishing poorly in the Carris Trophy to take his place alongside four times winner Steve Webster and three time holder Paul Broadhurst to take the Warwickshire Boys and the U-21's Trophies at Sutton Coldfield GC on Monday 25th July. The win was all due to a course record 65 in the morning.
