Your superb team is derailed by a storm - and a 6-0! |

County Week Stage 1 Final Day - Burton-on-Trent GC - Wednesday 13th June.- The race was on, because of the 'all tied' situation, in today's final pair of matches. The biggest winner would go through to Redditch next month, or if your team were tied as big winners with another, then in all probability they would advance because of the larger actual match victories. So when your team won the morning foursomes against Worcs & Hereford, and Staffs did the same against hosts Derbyshire, that race was on.

County Week - All tied! |
| County Week Stage 1 Day 2 - Burton-on-Trent GC - Tuesday 12th June. Warwickshire ladies had to win today and that they did with a super performance against Staffordshire. The score was 5.5 to 3.5 (the same margin of loss from yesterday) and with Worcestershire and Hereford beating the other winners from yesterday Derbyshire by exactly the same margin - and the same margin that Worcs & Hereford had lost by on Day 1 - all four Counties are tied for 1st place!

Our (usual) slow start! |
County Week Stage 1 - Day 1Monday 11th June - Burton-on-Trent GC - Today your team made a slow start to County Week, certainly not planned but something both Mens and Ladies teams seem to have the habit of doing (If you have a flick through the Mens section results you will see the same sort of pattern). Your Warwickshire Ladies also have the habit of coming right back into contention and that fight-back started this afternoon as they took the singles and nearly the match.
