Ladies Get in the Swing with New Golf Clinic |
| Vanessa Bell, one of the UK's rising female golf stars, is working with Oceanico Resorts to host a dedicated ladies golf clinic in The Algarve. The one-week golf clinic will run from 30 April, with five days of guidance, instruction and play on the Algarve's renowned Palmares course.

Following the success of the 1st Aegean Airlines Pro-Am in Crete in 2006, the founder and title sponsor, 'Aegean Airlines S.A.', is announcing the dates for the 2nd Aegean Airlines Pro-Am which will be held at Crete Golf Club in Hersonissos from 1st to 3rd June 2007. The event last year attracted 52 teams from 13 countries and the winner professional was Mr Liam Bond from Wales, UK. The overall winning team was made up of Mr Kyle Rushall, Mr D. Dean, Mr M Fortune and Mr D. O'Neil from the Keele Golf Centre from Staffordshire, UK.

A 21st BIRTHDAY WITH A SWING |
| The celebrations for a twenty first birthday are always special, and 2007 will be no exception for South West Ireland Golf, better known SWING. It will undoubtedly be a year of activity and celebration, with all the participating clubs involved, one that will be remembered on both sides of the Atlantic. 6m Euro investment on course for Rugby World Cup |

A Birmingham businessman is spending 6,000,000 euros (GBP 4 million) upgrading a French hotel and golf club in preparation for the Rugby World Cup later this year. Stephen Goldstein, chairman of Flowerwalk Ltd, plans to build an oasis of calm amid two months of frenetic activity this autumn when the world descends on France for the quadrennial rugby tournament.
