Every year, Warwickshire Girls gather very early in January for a fun morning’s golf followed by a meeting when the years events are outlined and a new captain is appointed. There is also a trophy awarded for the most improved Junior Golfer. |

U15s - North Warks 3rd August 2004 |

Last year Jack Sant took the U15s and he will return to North Warwickshire GC to try and emulate Paul Broadhurst by winning this title twice in succession. His closest challenger will be (on handicap basis) Steve Mumford who became one of the youngest ever club champions in 2003 by winning at his home club Coventry Hearsall.

Boys Trials - Stoneleigh GC - 15th April |
| This is the first of the Warwickshire Union Championships for 2004 and it always attracts all the best Junior golfers as well as those who are on the fringes of selection or are young golfers showing some talent. Last year, a new face in Mark James (Whitefields) beat off notables such as Chris Evans for this first win of the season. James went on to play for the County, on the back of his excellent score. |

Rob Browning was one of 9 players in with any sort of chance of overhauling the 2002 JoM No1 Chris Evans at the start of the JoM Championship. In reality though, just four players could take Chris s title - the others would have to rely on Chris taking last place. The four were Dale Marson, Rob Browning, Chris Hazeldine or Sam Foster.  |

WEETABIX DRIVES JUNIOR GOLFERS TO BE |
| August 2003, The Forest of Arden, Warwickshire - Over 100 of the country’s most talented young golfers have just completed the Grand Final of the Golf Foundation Weetabix Age Group Championship 2003. Girls and boys from all over the country battled it out on the challenging Aylesford course in one of the UK’s top junior golfing tournaments.
The Golf Foundation Weetabix Age Group Championships, now in their 16th year, provide an opportunity for boys and girls from Great Britain and Ireland to play against golfers of their own age. The Grand Final was the culmination of months of club qualifying rounds & regional finals.  |
